Secretariado Executivo e Empreendedorismo: Realidade ou Utopia?

O Secretário Executivo vem ressaltando seu perfil empreendedor e intraempreendedor e, em consequência, constituindo seu próprio negócio. O presente estudo tem como objetivo evidenciar a inserção e a evolução do empreendedorismo dentro do Secretariado Executivo, bem como a interferência da formação no desenvolvimento do seu potencial empreendedor, pois ainda são poucas as pesquisas e publicações com essa abordagem e, ao mesmo tempo, é crescente a quantidade de profissionais que constituem o seu próprio negócio. A metodologia utilizada foi a pesquisa bibliográfica e o estudo de caso múltiplo com dois Secretários Executivos que gerenciam seus próprios negócios. A pesquisa classifica-se como exploratória e descritiva tendo como técnicas a coleta de dados e a entrevista. Com esse estudo percebeu-se que as características empreendedoras e intraempreendedoras são potencializadas pela formação do Secretário Executivo que, por ser ampla e agregar conhecimento de várias áreas, dá embasamento e motivação para o profissional se firmar como empresário de sucesso. Assim, o empreendedorismo é uma realidade na profissão secretarial.
