Teletrabalho e atitudes frente à mudança em organizações públicas brasileiras: experiências e desafios

O objetivo deste estudo foi investigar as atitudes dos indivíduos diante da mudança organizacional ocasionada pelo teletrabalho e analisar suas possíveis relações com as características funcionais e demográficas dos funcionários. Participaram da pesquisa 410 funcionários de duas instituições públicas brasileiras. Os resultados sinalizaram que o temor e a aceitação são as principais atitudes desenvolvidas pelos funcionários. A idade, o tempo de serviço na organização, a distância entre casa e trabalho e a experiência com o teletrabalho podem influenciar as atitudes de ceticismo e aceitação diante do teletrabalho. Alguns desafios para as organizações públicas foram identificados. Há a necessidade de adaptar políticas e práticas de gestão de pessoas às especificidades do teletrabalho, e a preparação dos gestores e funcionários para essa nova realidade organizacional.
