Feedforward como ferramenta gerencial avaliativa: uma visão crítica

Os modismos gerenciais focados em avaliação buscam otimizar processos e maximizar os resultados organizacionais. Uma nova ferramenta se apresenta para o mundo organizacional em complemento ao feedback, mas com uma nova abordagem na tarefa de orientar e empenhar as pessoas, denominado de feedforward. Neste artigo, utilizou-se como procedimento metodológico um estudo exploratório, de natureza qualitativa baseado na análise de conteúdos referentes as mais recentes publicações sobre o feedforward no campo da gestão. Embora promissora, a ferramenta feedforward precisa ser criticamente analisada no campo gestão de pessoas, pois essa ferramenta de avaliação não se esgota em si mesma, e não pode ser utilizada com a exclusão de outras práticas tais como coaching, mentoria, treinamento e outras iniciativas de desenvolvimento de funcionários.
